This Claims section serves to help our policyholders who are making a claim or who requires information and assistance in times of needs. Here, we show our care and commitment to our policyholders by providing them with all the necessary information and assistance from pre-claim to post-claim.

In order to benchmark our claim services to our policyholders, we certified our quality standards through ISO 9002 in July 2000 and the new ISO 9001 standards in July 2002.
