Enhanced Investment Technologies, LLC (INTECH)


INTECH provides institutional investment management services and began providing these services in June, 1987. INTECH was registered with the SEC in October, 1987. INTECH has been in business under its present name since February, 2002. Prior to that time INTECH was organised as Enhanced Investment Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Prudential Insurance Company. In February, 2002, INTECH was purchased by Stilwell Financial and reorganised to its present structure, as a subsidiary of Janus Capital Group.

Currently INTECH is 86.5% owned by Janus Capital Group. Janus Capital International Limited (JCIL) is the distributor of INTECH products outside of the United States. The firm has an established investment management operation in the United Kingdom and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. JCIL will delegate the management of the fund to INTECH pursuant to a Delegation Agreement. The Janus Capital (Asia) Limited team, based in Hong Kong, will be responsible for client-servicing.
