To qualify for the Monthly
Lucky Draws, new policies and top-ups must be registered
between 1 January to 31 October 2008 and turn in-force by
the monthly dates stated in point 4. |

This promotion is valid for all new
Accident & Health (A&H) policies and Life cash
policies. Cash top-ups made and new riders attached
to existing policies (A&H and Life) will also qualify.
ElderShield Basic and Dependants’ Protection Scheme
policies are NOT eligible for this promotion. |

All eligible entries will be snow-balled
to the following Monthly Draw and Grand Lucky Draw. Policies

Results of the monthly lucky draws
will be consolidated and published together with the winner
of the Grand Lucky Draw in December.
* 10 lucky winners may be drawn
to participate in an event to determine the winner of the
Grand Lucky Draw Prize (Mercedes-Benz SLK200 Kompressor)
which will be held in December. Event date to be confirmed.

Each monthly prize winner will not
be eligible to win again for the subsequent monthly draws
but is eligible for the Grand Lucky Draw. |
| 7. |
Great Eastern will not be held responsible
for any dissatisfaction with the gifts. |
| 8. |
Winners will be selected at random
during the Draw and will be notified via post. The prizes
must be claimed in Singapore and by the winners personally
or upon authorization. Winners are deemed to consent to
the public disclosure of their names, identification/passport
numbers and photographs for publicity or commercial purposes
or otherwise participate in the publicity activities of
Great Eastern in relation to the Draw. |

Life Planners and Staff of Great Eastern
are NOT eligible for the lucky draws. |
| 10. |
Uncollected prizes will be forfeited
and donated to a charitable organization of Great Eastern’s
choice. |
| 11. |
Great Eastern shall not be responsible
for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any
purpose or any other aspect of the prizes. |
| 12. |
Notwithstanding anything herein,
Great Eastern shall not at any time be responsible or held
liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or
incurred by or in connection with the use of any of the
prizes, whether by the winner or by any other person. |
| 13. |
Great Eastern reserves the right to
replace the gift, and change the terms and conditions of
the promotion without prior notice. All decisions made by
Great Eastern will be final and binding on all participants.

Great Eastern reserves the right at
its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion and Draw
or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions
from time to time without notice including without limitation
the basis of awarding the draw chances, the number of draw
chances awarded and the date of the draw. |

Submission of the application signifies
acceptance of the terms and conditions stated above. |

| Other
Terms and Conditions of Mercedes SLK 200 |
| 1. |
Prize excludes the Certificate of
Entitlement (COE), registration fee, road tax, insurance,
radio licence fee, number plate expenses, in-vehicle unit
and any other relevant additional costs pertaining to the
Vehicle. |
| 2. |
The car must be registered no later
than two (2) months after the Grand Draw date, failing which
the prize shall be forfeited. |
| 3. |
The colour of the car will be decided
by the Great Eastern. |
| 4. |
Prize is not exchangeable for cash,
credit or kind. |
| 5. |
Prize must be strictly collected in
Singapore only. |
| 6. |
The vehicle is supplied by Cycle &
Carriage with 3-year warranty. |
